About this Role:

As an experienced HR Manager, you’ll oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be responsible for recruitment, developing HR policies, managing payroll, and addressing day-to-day HR issues. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of HR management while supporting our team’s growth and well-being. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Oversee payroll and benefits for employees
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • 3-7 years of experience in relevant roles
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
