As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant who will play a critical role in driving the technical Pre-Sales process while having the potential to grow into the functional head of the Pre-Sales organization.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Pre-Sales professional with a deep background in identity management (IAM). You will work closely with our talented enterprise and commercial teams, owning a portfolio of client proposals through the Pre-Sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Industry Experience – 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a proven record in Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting roles.
  • Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA) and platforms like Okta, ForgeRock, and Ping Identity. Skilled in designing secure, scalable IAM solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Solution Design – Experienced in integrating IAM solutions with cloud, APIs, and legacy systems, ensuring compliance and seamless IT alignment.
  • Communication & Storytelling – Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Skilled in engaging demos and addressing client concerns.
  • Problem-Solving – Adept at crafting customized IAM solutions and resolving challenges during Pre-Sales engagements.
  • Collaboration & Client Relationship Management – Strong relationship-building with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales: Act as a technical expert during the Pre-Sales process, working directly with prospects and clients to understand their needs, demonstrate OLOID’s solutions, and articulate technical and business value.
  • Hands-On Support: Actively support Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle (6-12 months) with technical expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep experience in identity and access management (IAM) to provide thought leadership and best practices for client implementations. Align customer needs with our technical solutions to ensure success.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate closely with the enterprise and commercial sales teams to develop tailored technical solutions that address specific customer requirements, especially in security, IAM, and workplace access control.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead product demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical deep dives, ensuring that prospects understand the value of OLOID’s solutions and how they meet their business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to feedback on customer needs and contribute to the continuous development of OLOID’s product offerings.
  • Handover Support: Collaborate with Post-Sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from the Pre-Sales phase, enabling successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of rival solutions, and effectively position OLOID’s offerings to address customer pain points.
  • Evangelism: Represent OLOID at industry events, webinars, and customer forums as a thought leader in identity and access management.
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and events, with flexibility for remote and hybrid work.
