Position Overview:

As Sr. Director / Director of Demand Generation at OLOID, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy from scratch, particularly emphasizing outbound email campaigns and leveraging tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach etc. This role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, focusing on enhancing their communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a bespoke demand generation strategy, targeting key markets in need of sophisticated physical identity management solutions.
  • Outbound Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and refine outbound email campaigns, using analytics to continuously improve performance.
  • Demand Gen tools: Utilize tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo etc. for market research, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
  • SDR Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage an SDR team, coaching them on effective talk tracks and communication techniques for improved lead engagement and conversion.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create impactful content that aligns with demand generation strategies and highlights the benefits of Oloid’s solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis, adapting strategies based on industry trends and insights.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of demand generation strategies and the SDR team’s effectiveness.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure strategies are well-aligned with company objectives.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the budget for demand generation and SDR activities to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Hire initial SDR’s: Responsible to hire initial 2 SDR’s until an SDR manager is hired


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, specifically in the tech industry.
  • Experience in developing demand-generation strategies and leading SDR teams.
  • Proficiency in outbound email campaigns and familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, outreach etc
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of building a demand-generation engine from the ground up.
