We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our fast-growing demand generation team. SDRs are crucial in outbound sales. This role will primarily focus on prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification. Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Booking meetings
  • Initial outreach to prospects
  • Discovery of pain points

Your role will center around lead generation rather than closing deals. Once the meeting is booked, you will pass the prospect on to an AE or Sales team.


You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales. Your responsibilities will involve two main parts:

  • Inbound sales prospecting. (warm leads) You will reach out and nurture leads who have expressed interest or have interacted with the company through various channels such as landing pages, online ads, events, forums, social media and all other channels. You will also be the first person to contact prospects who have replied to our cold email outreaches.
  • Outbound sales prospecting. (cold leads) This involves reaching out to potential customers who haven’t engaged with the company’s channels yet, also known as cold leads.

In a typical workday, you will spend 60% of your time dedicated to cold outreach to new leads and the remaining 40% of the time focused on nurturing warm leads or open connections. As our warm database grows the split of activities may change.

Following is a task checklist:

  • Prospecting and creating lists of people to reach out to in target accounts.
  • Qualify, follow up, and engage with inbound leads already interested.
  • Multi-thread stakeholders within target accounts to create a strong business case.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Set up meetings or demos with prospective clients for account executives.
  • Identify the needs and pain points of the prospects.
  • Outreach new target prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Help maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up with existing prospects in the CRM to try and identify new needs.
  • Give relevant marketing materials to prospects.

What you bring:

Being an SDR isn’t easy. You have to have nerves of steel. Dealing with plenty of rejections, no answers, voicemails, and no email replies can be difficult for even seasoned professionals. So you need to bring your A personality. Patience, cheerfulness and resilience are some of the key personality traits of successful SDRs.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Coursework in business, marketing & sales or related fields is preferable but not required
  • 1+ years of lead generation, sales or marketing experience required or applicable experience with lead generation, cold calling, networking, or other external outreach efforts
  • If you are a fresh graduate, tell us why you stand out and can be better than a 1+ years experienced candidate. We will listen!
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills in English is a must. If you are multilingual, it’s certainly an advantage.
