Position Overview:
You will primarily assist the Technical Writing team in creating and updating all documentation, user manuals, and how-to guides. You will collaborate with the team to learn about technical documentation and concepts and figure out how to simplify technical information into easy-to-understand text.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical writing team to get a basic understanding of the documentation requirements and specifications.
- Learn about technical documentation and concepts adopted by our company.
- Brainstorm with the development team to figure out how to simplify technical information for end-users.
- Edit and proofread all technical documents before submitting them to the SMEs.
- Assist in creating high-quality documentation, guides, manuals, and tutorials.
- Review and update documentation when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience required for the Job: 0-2 years
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Information Management, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and the subject matter.
- Knowledge of software languages, development models, and tools is a plus.
